  1. To decide about “ India Sudar” as a nominee for Bank accounts, insurance, fixed assets and any other form of asset
  2. To fix the allowance for India Sudar staff when they move out of their home town to carry out India Sudar activities
  3. To decide about the usage of professional charges / project management / project charges if obtained from a corporate

DISCUSSED / RESOLUTION / DECIDED

1.   It has been decided to accept the request from members, well wishers if they wish to make “ India Sudar Educational and Charitable Trust” as a nominee for bank accounts, insurance, fixed assets and any other form of asset. This helps India Sudar to improve the financial position and hence to serve the needy in long run. If any such request comes from a person, Trust board will discuss and do the needful as and when required.

2.   When India Sudar staff travels to a place in connection with the seminar, training, workshop, awareness program, project implementation and any other activity with prior permission,

 

a.         Rs.300 per day will be provided to meet out food and tea expenses for the whole day instead of Rs.270 per day. The amount is same whether it is a metropolitan city or a rural place. Voucher has to be submitted to the trust.

b.         Transport charges will be paid on actuals. Staff has to book Train (sleeper), State government buses (Non-AC) if the distance is far away. It is mandatory to use local buses or avail the help of member/teachers belong to the particular place to reach the destination. Staff has to minimise the usage of auto and its expenses wherever possible. Original bills to be submitted to the Trust.

c.          Accommodation if available in the school / residence of member/teachers belong to the particular place to be utilised wherever possible. If accommodation is required, staff may stay at the nearest lodge ( Non AC room/ dormitory , simple and cost effective). Bills in the name of India Sudar Educational and Charitable Trust to be submitted.

3.     If India Sudar submits a proposal to a corporate for a particular project in which project management charges / professional charges or project charges where India Sudar Trustees, members and volunteers are directly involved and receives the fund, then the amount what we  receive will be considered as DONATION to India Sudar.  The amount can be consumed in any of our projects.
